The Ear Clinic COVID-19 Response
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, we have decided to close our clinic temporarily. During this time, we are committed to providing remote support wherever we can. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always give us a call and we will do our best to provide the same service as we would in-clinic. We are also proud to offer how-to videos on cleaning your hearing aids at home, troubleshooting problems, connecting your hearing aids to Bluetooth and much more.
The health and safety of our community is important to us, so please familiarize yourself with common symptoms of COVID-19, as well as ways to protect yourself and those around you. Here are some guidelines from the CDC:
SYMPTOMS MAY APPEAR 2-14 DAYS AFTER EXPOSURE:
• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of Breath
HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF:
• Wash your hands often
• Avoid close contact with others
• Stay home if you feel sick
• Cover coughs and sneezes
• Clean and disinfect your home
Patients who are older or suffer from severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness. Please consult with your health care provider about additional steps you may be able to take to protect yourself!
The Ear Clinic is still here to support your needs during this time. Please feel free to contact us for support at any time, at (226) 909-0966

As the clinic owner and doctor of audiology, I oversee all clinic operations.
